Grilled cheese is a popular late snack prepared by melting one or more slices of cheese between two slices of bread, which are grilled crispy brown in butter on a frying pan, griddle, or sandwich toaster. Chef's note:
- Cook the Grilled Cheese over slightly high heat to make it crispier on the outside and fluffier on the inside

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of Boombay’s Garlic + Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 slices of your favourite Bread, preferably Sourdough, Focaccia, or Ciabatta
- 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup of your favourite Cheese
- Butter to toast the bread (olive oil if vegan)

Shred the cheese

Cook
- Place bread on a chopping board
- Spread our Garlic + Chilli Stir fry Sauce on bread and add the shredded cheddar cheese on top of it
- Heat a skillet on medium heat
- Add butter to it and gently lay the sandwich on the melted butter
- Toast on one side and repeat for the other
